First week was quite good. Too crowded 2nd week

did not have the breakfast.

Location - hills a bit too steep for us so had to get taxis back. Some days it got very crowded and noisy around the pool area. On one particular day there were 8 people (men and women) who were very noisy and using bad language.

Great for all except those who have difficulty climbing hills. Our family enjoyed our holiday

Very nice place to stay. We stayed on the 7th floor but there are lifts to get you up there. Pool is lovely and staff are really helpful. A great experience was had by us all. I hired a car from the airport but the bus links are great and Los Cristianos is about a 15/20 minute walk depending how fit you are. The walk home is uphill so if you are tired, get a taxi back.

The variety of food for the children to choose from but the lack of variety for non meat eaters.

We had to go to many different apartments to find one that had clean sheets and had what we asked for. When we arrived there was a lot of confusion about our booking which was stressful as it was in the early hours of the morning.

The flats don't have all the same standards since privately hold. If you are unlucky you get the one we got. They didn't propose another one because it was weekend... Never again. We asked for the first time in history our money back.

The apartment we stayed in was clean, we stayed for 11 nights, our room was cleaned three times during our stay with fresh towels and toilet roll. the receptionist was lovely, and helpful regarding the room/hotel, but not much information about the restaurant El Paso which is part of the hotel but not linked. The second day of being there a bloke who had clearly had too much to drink picked up my son and dropped him (I went to get my purse from the table) and my son ended up with a fractured foot and in a wheelchair or his holiday. We booked a half board three bedroom apartment which cost us just over £2100, to go self catering it would have been around £1300 so we thought as a family of five this would be a better option to have breakfast and dinner PAID for, now I am now aware that this is a new thing that the hotel and El Paso are doing, however the staff on the first day we arrived are not trained for giving out information required, it’s a cook to order system so I asked for a menu, on the first day I was given a menu with starters, mains and desserts, nothing for the children and were told we can only order from that menu, a starter and a main or a main and a desserts. Drinks not included. Later that day we were told we can order from the snack menu too and I asked for a children’s menu, which had chicken nuggets and chips, fish fingers and mash etc great for the kids but no desserts for the children. The staff looked very busy, they could definitely benefit from adding a few extra staff members, we waited one morning for breakfast were told to go to the table numerous times and would not be served at the bar and 45 minutes later had not even been asked for a drinks order so we left and spent nearly 30 Euro down the road, where the breakfast was much nicer. One evening we ordered out food and had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes for it. We were not made to feel welcome as if we weren’t paying and it was a chore to serve us.

The food in the bar was excellent.

The food in the bar was excellent. We really enjoyed it! And the stuff was every time nice and helpful. The people at the front desk as well.

Everything paid -wifi, sunbeds, printing, calls. I haven´t seen those people in the hotel had to pay for everything. And pay 4 euros for printing 8 pages? Ridiculous.

The included breakfast was very good.

The included breakfast was very good. You get a drink, main dish and an additional one.

There is not specified on Booking that the property is a mix of private apartments and hotel apartments. Therefore, don't expect that you will receive a room exactly like in the photos. The ones in their photos are the best,I guess. We booked a studio and changed it because at least the furniture and the bathroom were old. The cleaning service was bad, once in 4 days. We stayed 7 days. The reception staff were not well informed, they were always saying that they only give you the keys and for additional requests they were always asking the manager, however they were pretty with us.

Staff was not so friendly And most of the times angry. It is ridiculous that you have to pay for the pool And for the WiFi. The change of the towels And cleanliness are not of course efficient every 4 days. Should we have towels with us? Two single beds for a couple.

Breakfast was good, better than expected!

Breakfast was good, better than expected! (full english, different types of sandwiches, croissants, juice, coffee, etc..) You were able to have another plate of food, drink and snacks - but was very filling!. It was close to shops and the area was nice, the best part of the holiday was definitely the pool! The walking distance to the beach was around 30mins but definitely felt much quicker.
